All the pollutants and chemicals in the air released everywhere strengthened the X chromosome to the point where men didn't need women to reproduce with anymore. The pollutants and chemicals in the air everywhere also negatively impacted women across the world to where in the year 3037 women went extinct and so did the need for the Y chromosome. Men via other men get pregnant due to the new and improved Xxxxx chromosomes making it all possible. Men gave birth through the rectum and had not as much pain through the process. 

With the National Weather Service Gone The clouds everywhere on Earth Rained down. Everyone was drowning as the rain picked up in speed. With humans all gone and the pet's remained and buried their deceased owner's. All of the animals remembered their owners. People turned to pagan religions, and the survivors of The aftermath started reforming the old ways. It's a new middle ages. Plants grew over the old oil companies drilling equipment, and the animal population was restored. Eventually after a couple thousand years Earth was restored to its natural beauty.
